Dayna Karius is an award winning graphic designer who has an AAS degree from Tompkins Cortland Community College (TC3) Dryden, New York and a BFA degree from Suny Oswego, Oswego, New York. Both Degrees are in Graphic Design.
She also has 8 years of experience working as a Sr. Graphic Designer / Short Course Coordinator for an international scientific company, Porous Materials, Inc.(PMI).
During her time with Porous Materials, she gained experience designing print materials such as brochures, newsletters, news releases, posters, trade show booths, logos, folders, etc. She also gained experience in interactive and multimedia design which allowed her skills to extend into designing interactive training videos, PowerPoint presentations, websites, and website help menus.
Also while at PMI, she gained experience with fixing and maintaining large format laser and inkjet printers. She gained supervisory skills while overseeing the graphics area, and also helped out in other areas such as reception, payroll, accounting, and the marketing department when needed, including training new personnel for these departments. |
